Important Information – Please Read Carefully • General Information – For all domestic flights within Tanzania, the baggage weight is limited to a maximum of 45 lbs/20kg per person. – Tanzanian law strictly forbids foreigners from transporting back or collecting animals themselves. All animals and plants leaving the country must do so only as official shipments with proper export permits. • Luxury Tour Price Includes The Following Items – Luxury Accommodations at Exclusive 5-Star Lodges – A high-end safari vehicle – A local guide for each tour – All meals during the trip – All Transportation with Personal pick-up at the Airport – All Local flights within Tanzania (number depends on specific tour) – All Hotel accommodation while in Tanzania • What Is Not Included – Your original flight to Tanzania (unless specified in your tour) – Your personal expenses (telephone calls, souvenirs, etc.) • Reservations & Payment – Reservations have to made at least 30 days before the start date of the tour – A $500 (USD) deposit is required for each reservation. – The full balance must be paid 14 days before the start date of the tour. – If it is less than 30 days to your desired departure date, please call our toll free number at (800) 872-8587 and we will work with you in making your arrangements work. |
